The video premier of K-Salaam and Beatnick’s video “Don’t Die.” The original version featured Talib Kweli, but 88-Keys went in on this. Definitely a fitting replacement. K-Salaam and Beatnick are taking production to another level. Clearly painting mental pictures for listeners. The video helps though. From what they say on their facebook page about the video:

“You may have to watch the video a couple of times to catch the “hidden plot,” which is a modern urban version of a horror flick that came out 10 years ago.” (Hint: the film featured Bruce Willis and a young boy actor.)

Songs To Ruin Your Holiday

you want some too kid?

I’m not a big fan of Christmas, but I try not to ruin it for the people around me. Parties, dinners, and any other activities I usually participate and participate with a smile.  Actually I played  Santa Clause for a Christmas party two years ago. These parties usually are stocked with plenty of free booze, which is a great incentive. Loathing the fact I had to wake up this morning, I wanted to add a new entry to my beloved blog “The Wunderground.” Sticking to the theme of Hip Hop, I came with “Songs To Ruin Your Holidays” or “The Depressing Songs Of Hip Hop.” Grab your favorite drink or whatever “numbs” you and enjoy my holiday list.
